I eat mostly plant-based these days. Meat is more of a side dish for me and then mostly fish, seafood and dark meat chicken. I eat a LOT of fruit. It's too bad that over the years different low-carb gurus taught people to minimize fruit because of high sugar.
Wrong. Eat fruit. Enjoy it.

I didn't think so...
I used to weigh 320 lbs.... Tried all the fad diets.
Cut out all processed foods. All of them. Eat whole foods... mostly plant-based with hight quality meat as an afterthought and thank me later.
Oh yes have a seving of soy daily. Yes even tofu. #healtyeating
