After being offline for a few days the #DEFCON Tor server is back up for testing, meaning all our services should be reachable again on their .onion addresses. We did a OS and Tor upgrade, but also the power supply. If that doesn't fix our reliability issues it only leaves a flaky motherboard, and so we will have to buy a new one.
