Isn't it crazy how a simple thing like gratitude can completely change the dynamic of your day? You have anxiety? Gratitude Are you afraid? Gratitude Feeling doubt? Gratitude Angry? Find something to be grateful about. And im not saying it fixes everything. But man it gets you 90% of the way there.
