Been about 4 months since my fasting begun and I'm down 20 lbs. Haven't had caffeine in 4 months. Down to 2.5 glasses of pop a day [my only sugar intake, soon to be 0.] Have cut down from smoking 10 grams of weed a day to 2.5 grams. Great strides , but motivated to keep pushing to a life free of chemicals and sobriety.
