Why didn't I think of this very cool educational resource!? I just found this today (there was a link to it on Barefoot Mining's website, not sure if they made it or not) and had to share. There's no phosphates, which seemed to be the big critique of the craft stuff and why I actually don't buy it anymore. Thanks @k00b! At the end of the day though, I'm not a chemist.
