I've taken a week off of the grind to reconnect with who and what's important after hitting a professional milestone. I'm using this time to take tangible steps toward my values of: privacy, freedom, tinkering, quality time, reading, health, fitness, faith, and mindful time in nature again after some neglect of these items.

Mood and mind have a bi-directional relationship to behaviour: it's not one-way. If you want to change your psyche, adjust your actions. It may in fact be more effective to commit to meaningful action before you have the internal motivation to do so.
