Re the tariff court ruling I'm not enough of a lawyer (ie not one at all) to see how it matches up with the decision, but this by the great Jennifer Hillman (formerly USTR/WTO Appellate Body) was the most plausible case I saw for why the tariffs are illegal & a court might rule against them.
