I intentionally keep my salary low to set a good example for my execs. My aggregate ceo-to-worker compensation is 3-1. I have 800+ employees, $100m of annual revenue, and capital investments of $250m. I will not take advantage of my people.
Of course, I've been buying #bitcoin since 2018, so I'm way ahead. Interesting that people won't listen to the boss on this one (and unfortunately neither will the board).
