We, the undersigned citizens and residents of the United States, urgently call on our leaders to accelerate the widespread adoption of Bitcoin as a powerful tool for individual financial freedom and to embed love-based decision making—grounded in empathy, compassion, unity, fairness, and long-term human flourishing—into every level of governance, economy, and community life.
Bitcoin is no longer experimental—it is proven. It delivers decentralization, financial inclusion, transparency, and protection from inflation that traditional systems increasingly fail to provide. As global adoption surges, corporations and institutions are already treating Bitcoin as digital gold and a strategic reserve asset. Everyday Americans deserve the same opportunity to build wealth, send money cheaply across borders, and safeguard their savings against devaluation—without relying on centralized gatekeepers.
Love-based decision making transforms policy from division and short-termism to healing and shared prosperity. It prioritizes reducing inequality, protecting the vulnerable, fostering genuine unity across divides, and making choices that uplift families, communities, and future generations.
The momentum is undeniable: Major companies hold Bitcoin on balance sheets for long-term value, states are advancing Bitcoin reserve legislation, and federal recognition is within reach. Delaying means missing out on economic resilience, innovation, and empowerment—while others move ahead.
We petition the President, Congress, federal and state governments, and private sector leaders to act decisively:
1. Enact bold legislation recognizing Bitcoin as legal tender for transactions, offering strong tax incentives for everyday use and holding, and establishing clear, protective regulations that build on growing momentum.
2. Launch nationwide education campaigns to empower every American with the knowledge to use Bitcoin safely and confidently.
3. Mandate empathy and compassion training for government officials and corporate leaders, while creating a National Council on Compassionate Governance to guide policies with love at the core.
4. Roll out state-level pilot programs integrating Bitcoin for public services (e.g., tax payments, benefits distribution) alongside love-based initiatives like restorative justice and community support.
5. Provide grants and tax incentives to businesses that adopt Bitcoin and embody love-based practices—fair wages, ethical operations, and reinvestment in people and communities.
