Two years ago my dog got kidney stones, it led me down a rabbit hole on dog food. It isnt just the human food system that is broken. I started making my own dogfood and my dog is healthier than he has been in years, the vet was shocked, and I almost always think that the dog smiles at me everytime he gets fed. #petstr

Did you know that as part of making tomato sauce or salsa you can dehydrate the peels and seeds then blend them to make a tomato powder? It is very nutritious and can be used as the base to many great spice blends and stocks #foodstr
