New Zealand has just become the first country in the world to weaken the climate action targets that it had set in law. They’ve done this to allow the intensive livestock industry to pollute the climate even more without having to pay for the damage they’re doing to the planet.⁣ ⁣ And your country could be next! Ireland and Uruguay are already looking to follow suit — which could result in a devastating ‘race to the bottom’ at a time when we need more climate action, not less.⁣
