Regarding the passport: I tried to schedule an appointment to apply for a passport, and the system says that since my ID number falls within the 20m-30m range, I need to "update my information" to apply for a passport... That's the official version, but here's what you don't know: In Venezuela, there's currently a huge generational gap due to the mass emigration of young people seeking opportunities, and that entire generation falls within that ID number range. The government made this data "update" necessary for 10 million people as a way to register who is still in Venezuela and to create legal obstacles for those who are abroad. View quoted note →

This is the parade of the fair in the city of Tachira in Venezuela, its held every year in January, many activities are done in the fair, the parade is just one of them.
