From all protocols we use IMAP is pbly the most underrated
Not that the protocol is super-great, but it letβs us manage the one shared, personal database everyone has. (Even private when you self-host.)
The more nerdy will also use other solutions (like git, SyncThing, etc). But everyone uses IMAP.
