Is there a service for batching together #bitcoin transactions from many different users. Kind of like a pool for batching, to reduce the fees for individuals? Like we have coinjoin pools but for batching transactiosn with different sizes. Does it even make sense?

Can I use whole Bitcoin whitepaper as a section in a book. Are there copyright issues I would run into? How about the translations of whitepaper? Who holds the copyright for translation?
