Dirty Electricity 101 The electricity in your house is supposed to flow at a certain speed, either 60 or 50 times per second depending on where you are in the world. But because of our fancy gadgets like dimmer switches and CFLs, the flow of electricity gets messed up. This creates something called "Dirty Electricity." It emits EMFs at intermediate frequencies ranging from 300 Hz to 10 MHz, which are harmful to all living beings. Dirty electricity enters our homes via the main power supply but can also be created by use of electronics, especially the ones that rely on SMPS. The electrical grid outside has already been contaminated by various sources of high frequency signals. These signals are like factories that dump their toxic waste and pollute the river from which you get your drinking water. Dirty electricity shows up as “fuzzy” or jagged distortions on special testing equipment like oscilloscopes. KYB. Know Your Bulb. Real v/s Fake Incandescent Bulb. Don’t be fooled by LEDs pretending to be Incandescent bulbs. They might look similar and even emit warm (looking) light, but they have — High Flicker — No Infrared warmth — High nnEMF (Dirty Electricity) Quick way to check if your bulb is Incandescent or not — Turn it on — Wait 30 seconds — Touch it (carefully) Real Incandescent will get hot (very hot) If it stays cool, it’s a fake. SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) is a failed metric. Reducing SAR by 20% in a plastic dummy doesn’t prove you’re reducing oxidative stress, mitochondrial disruption or ion channel dysfunction in a real human body. and if a device does show reduced SAR, The real question is how? Is it detuning the antenna, reflecting RF or altering impedance? or does it cause the phone to work harder (increase transmit power), which could backfire & increase exposure in real life use? I’d have more respect for companies if they were honest and said things like "may reduce EMF stress" or "supports resilience" But if they claim a sticker or pendant “makes you safe” It crosses into dangerous territory. False sense of security is not protection. And that’s not just misleading. It’s harmful. image

Today's lesson is about 5G mmWave 5G uses beamforming technology where antennas focus signals directly toward active devices rather than radiating equally in all directions That’s why it radiates much less than existing 2G, 3G, 4G technologies in all directions but.. MUCH MORE in the direction of the 5G equipped user. What does it mean? It means that if you do not have a 5G device in your home or your hand, there will be only minimal radiation from the 5G base station (including satellites) It also means that, if you use a 5G device, the power density radiated in your direction from the base station will depend significantly on the amount & speed of data you require. If you are standing with a friend & he is watching a 4K movie on a 5G smartphone.. then you both are radiated a hell of a lot more than while your friend is doing a phone call or texting. Most people do not realize that the power density needed to stream 4K video is thousands of times higher than what’s needed for a phone call. That’s why 1. Stay away from packed areas where everyone and their dog is glued to their 5G devices. 2. Turn off the 5G antenna on your cellphone. image

Thyroid is super sensitive to radiation. This study from last year found that people who wore Bluetooth headsets for long hours every day were much more likely to develop Thyroid nodules. Researchers analysed 600 participants & used advanced statistical tools to reduce bias. Even after adjusting for age and other factors, Bluetooth use time still stood out as a strong risk. In fact, When they ranked all possible risk factors, Daily Bluetooth use & Age came out on top. The longer someone wore a Bluetooth headset each day, the higher their risk of developing nodules. In-ear & Neckband headsets, which sit closest to the thyroid, showed the STRONGEST links. This is clearly not about heating the tissues… Their AI model could predict Thyroid nodules with 95% accuracy.. that’s how strong the link with Bluetooth use was. Bluetooth runs on very low power, way too weak to cook anything. What the researchers point to instead are non-thermal effects. Oxidative stress, disruptions in cell signalling & long term stress on the thyroid’s delicate tissue Official safety limits for wireless devices only consider heating but this study shows there are biological effects happening at much lower levels image
