One of the best arguments for bitcoin is simply its efficiency. That is not a huge rallying reason, but I think it is what will ultimately be the reason it will be chosen over fiat. Moving value in minutes rather than hours or days is too strong a value to pass up. Another efficiency is that it does not care if you unbank it because it does not recognize that bottle neck.
I walked up to a stranger at a store and without saying else I just told him, "Not your keys, not your #bitcoin". He immediately opened his phone, downloaded a wallet, bought SATs, and started a fintech company. Of course this never happened but just a reminder that both the comminicator and message are important.
Solidarity and subsidiarity are two sides of (bit)coin. Common value held at the most localized level.
