I stopped reading and watching mainstream news a long time ago, yet I still catch headline snippets—on the radio, or while scrolling through my #nostr feed.
The polarization we’re seeing in the world comes from a very low vibrational energy. Many of us have lost touch with what’s real.
In times like these, it’s easy to withdraw—and I’m guilty of that myself. The other option is to let fear take hold and choose a side.
What helps me is realizing that most of what we experience through centralized sources carries a group bias—usually rooted in fear or scarcity.
One simple practice that keeps me grounded is journaling.
Putting thoughts on paper slows the mind, dissolves emotional charge, and helps separate what I’m feeling from what’s actually true. It brings me back into my own signal, instead of reacting to the noise.
In the grand scheme of the extraordinary universe we live in, there is no true scarcity. No “us versus them.”
So instead of withdrawing or choosing a side, pause. Write. Reflect.
Then be kind to whoever you meet. Smile for no reason.
Make love, not war.
