At a gathering over the weekend and someone brought over a rice dish that everyone raved about. Someone said "oh, you can't eat this can you?" I said I can eat whatever I want. There was plenty of steak and ribs ... So I'm good.
I eat meat so I have access to fat. Many fail at carnivore because they eat too lean of cuts. We need the fat more than the protein.
My investment options have trended to zero.
