Have to say, it's pretty cool hosting my own #OpenWebUI instance when ChatGPT is down... all those models available through any APIs accessible in one app lol

Guessing it’s the motor of the fan maybe? There’s nothing *inside* the fan afaict tho, I took it out earlier and looked.

Had a free period today, a friend had a screwdriver (don’t ask) so we took apart my laptop and it actually seems really easy to remove the fan! It’s got one cable connecting it to the motherboard and two screws to remove, that’s it!! Just hope the eBay one works 👌
Gemini CLI has actually really impressed me. Easy to use MCP, seems pretty extensible with extensions, and *decent* rate limits. Although I've had it switch to Gemini 2.5 Flash from 2.5 Pro randomly for some reason, even though I thought they were being more generous on the Pro side of things... 🤔

I’m hoping I just unplug battery, undo some screws and remove but it WON’T be that easy… also I prob have to reapply thermal paste?
