Why do Kettlebell workouts? Because kettlebell training forces your core to stabilize against asymmetric loads and rotational forces in ways that isolated ab work never will. A strong, functional core isn’t built through crunches but through resisting movement while generating power from your hips. Today’s WOD 4x10 single DL @53lbs 4x8 single arm swing @53lbs 4x8 single arm ballistic rows @53lbs 4x 40 sec suitcase holds @53lbs 3x20 heavy Russian twists @53lbs ( https://video.nostr.build/85c2fe86fe536bfe96abadcac1abb075626d2e2f7244e6bec44a8407982e1aba.mp4Finisher) 10 Min EMOM -12 KB swings -5 KB snatches #FitnessStr #Fitness #workout
Good morning. Growth happens when you’re willing to feel uncomfortable and try things that scare you a little. The best versions of ourselves are always waiting just beyond the boundaries of what feels safe and familiar.

One of the most important uses of this social protocol, in my opinion, is fostering camaraderie. Naturally, online interaction cannot supplant the depth of in person friendships. Yet there exists a form of tribal networking here on Nostr that proves both useful and edifying. This mode of connection holds considerable value, particularly in an age where finding one’s intellectual or ideological community often transcends geographic boundaries.
Money has physics, and when you print it, inflate it, or conjure it from nothing, you’re not creating wealth. You’re diluting energy. The laws of thermodynamics apply…energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred. Bitcoin is the first monetary system that respects these laws. Fixed supply. Provable scarcity. Unforgeable costliness. No central authority can violate its conservation principles. It’s money that obeys physics.
A smile and two words, “good morning” accomplish what hours of conversation sometimes cannot. They say your existence is not incidental to me. Your presence registers. The world is different because you are in it. This recognition feels essential because it is essential. We are social creatures who find meaning through connection, and there is no purer connection than one offered before either person has decided who they need to be that day. Perhaps what we truly crave is not the greeting itself but the evidence it provides. Evidence that we matter to someone beyond our utility or accomplishments. Evidence that being alive and being here is enough. In a world that constantly asks us to justify our existence through productivity and achievement, a morning acknowledgment offers something radical…unconditional recognition. So when someone looks at you with warmth and says “good morning,” they are doing more than observing the time of day. They are performing a small act of witness, confirming that you have returned to the shared experience of being alive, and that your return is noted and celebrated. May we all be fortunate enough to wake to such grace.☕️
