Here’s what I feel though, yesterday’s PEPT judgment mostly came down to our laws, the people and the type of judiciary we operate. I think our laws and judicial system are designed for plaintiffs and defendants to have an equal chance of winning any criminal trial regardless of the truth. I also think the only way for Nigeria to get better is for people to get involved in governance at the grass-root; and not just politics A judicial system that seeks the truth is better than a judicial system that waits for evidence beyond reasonable doubt to be brought forward. He who can conceal evidence better, stands a better chance of getting a favourable judgment. I’m open to your thoughts though

If there’s only one bad news in the world today, know that social media will pick it up and raise it to the 10th power. Social media already gives an incentive for bad news. There’s actually more good news than bad news in the world but that’s non of social media’s business.
