Germany will reintroduce the draft today. All men that are 18 years old will receive a mandatory questionnaire, girls can also complete it if they wish. From 2028 on wards all men that turn 18 have to undergo the medical examination again that they abolish in 2011. If they won't be able to recruit enough volunteers by 2028, the goal is 200k additional men, they will forcefully draft the required men to fulfill the NATO quota. The conscription period is between 6-18 months and you get paid 2000€ per month, more is possible depending on your rank.
