I have just learnt that If you use Session on an iOS phone, Apple might store information about how you use the app using the telemetry features which are built into its operating system. They can record when the app is closed, opened, how long you use it for, crash logs, and your device model. This doesn’t sound too bad. However, this usage information could also be linked with your Apple ID 🤯 Apparently, this is a limitation of mobile operating systems, and applies to all apps used on the device, no just to Session. I am aware that to obtain privacy and security, most often than not you have to compromise on convenience. Seen a guy buying groceries in front of me. Dude had loaded up on garbage. Everything was so artificial that it was criminal. Dude’s aura and physiognomy reflected it. We are what we consume. I feel sorry for the guy in a compassionate way and despise the very producers of such filth for consumption.

I have watched my physique and physiognomy improve even further by just fasting if I don’t have access to proper food and drink (outside of prescribed fasting days). If, for whatever reason, I only have access to ultra-processed or sub-par garbage, I will just not eat or drink, I will just go hungry until I have access to proper ones. It is usually with food as water is available in every corner. Minimal, if any impact to muscle mass and size even if eating a bit less sometimes.
