Today I learnt the sunnah of drinking water the hard way…
Ibn 'Abbas (May Allah be pleased with them) reported:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said, "Do not drink in one gulp like a camel, but in two or three (gulps). (…).
As a former skinny guy in my preadolescent age, I feel like the slim gene is always dormant under my current body-armour.
In occasions like Ramadan, it comes back and makes me loose weight at lightning speed.
God bless muscle memory and my ability of eating like an elephant. I’ll be back in two weeks, Insha’Allah.
