My whole grill went up in flames because I didn’t empty the grease trap. Dumb move by a guy that worked in a kitchen for 7 years, but at least I knew to put baking soda on it instead of water. What a scene.

Had basically no service all weekend. Fishing trip with good friends up in Northern Michigan. Being out in nature and away from electronics is a great reset.
