This is now like the 6th machine I tried that just refuses to boot the OpenIndiana live USB into its graphical environment. Always the same error: graphical-login/lightdm fails. Intel, NVIDIA, AMD - it doesn't matter. The log always shows the same thing: failed to get list of logind seats, followed by something about the name org.freedesktop.login1 not being provided by any service files. Wtf is this?

Wait @npub1e0x2...xqda, I thought Apple's shit software was Ive's fault? I was told once he left everything would get perfect again, but under the next guy Apple's shit software somehow got even worse? Now that he's gone, I wonder who the Apple people will toss in the wood chipper next once Apple's software inevitably remains shit. 🤷‍♀️

The Linux world should do this more. Fucking rainbow that shit up. Default KDE colour scheme? Trans flag colours. Default GNOME wallpaper? Pride parade. Force the unsavoury individuals in the Linux world to get mad at it every time. Smoke them out. Make them out themselves for the hateful bigots that they are.

Well, it seems to be more and more likely that Fedora 42 will be my last Fedora version /9at least on my gaming PC). What on earth am I supposed to move to? Ugh.

My question remains: has Copilot been trained on Microsoft's own code for Windows, Office, and the rest? If not, why not? The fact no tech journalist with access has asked this very basic question speaks volumes about the deplorable state of technology media.

I use Fedora KDE. What's the best thin client protocol I should be using, and which thin client operating system should I install on my Dell thin client? This market has become quite complicated and enterprise'd compared to the simplicity of Sun Rays.
