Awesome day working at the gym today. Good amount of people pushing themselves and each other. Feels good helping build that culture of strength in the local community.
Had a great deadlifting session. Still a bit congested, but that didn't matter today. Got up to 425lbs for a single and worked back down to 390 conventional. There was enough time left today to finish with a set of snatch grip deadlifts. Kinda overestimated the difficulty. Will definitely need to up the weight next time. Feeling fucking great. image

This peppermint tea has been my mvp for the day while getting through this cold. Add a bit of honey, and it's perfect. Really need to up my holistic game.
Fun deadlift session today. After warmups, I did sets of 405 lbsx1, 415x1, 425x1, with a backoff set of 380x4. Attempted 440, but I wasn't quite back up to that weight this week. Tried keeping my hips higher in my starting position to see if that provides me more leverage compared to how I normally set them.
