Haven't been lifting like I used to since the beginning of September. Lots of changes have happened for health reasons (diabetes). Made some dietary adjustments (mainly a big carb cut) and altered my approach to exercise (a lot more aerobic work with body weight exercises).
I'm finally at a point where my glucose levels are consistently where I want them. As a result, I have, thankfully, started actual weight training again today. No big crash during my lifts nor the run that followed.
Got a rough idea for the program I want follow for a hypertrophy phase (I've lost 25ish lbs and need to build my muscle mass back up). I'll share it after I test it out and fine tune it.
Very excited to be moving that iron again!
