At the time he was seated under a tent, speaking to an outdoor audience of around 3,000 Utah Valley University student fans (only a handful of leftists) as part of his American Comeback Tour. Strangely, a day before the Charlie Kirk assassination on Tues. 9 Sept. 2025, a book titled “The Shooting of Charlie Kirk: A Comprehensive Account of the Utah Valley University Attack, the Aftermath, and America’s Response,” appeared on Amazon Books on the Internet with a publication date of that same Tues. 9 Sept. 2025 – a day before the assassination took place. Author Anastasia J. Casey was unknown in the literary world and there was no evidence that the ghost writer even existed. The book was not only miraculously written, but advertised as published at least a full 24 hours before the attack it describes even took place. It was quickly taken down from Amazon, though screenshots of it remained as evidence. Another strange occurrence: On that same Tues. 9 Sept. 2025 both the LA Times and New York Times ran stories about the Charlie Kirk Assassination. The only problem: It didn’t happen until the next day on Wed. 10 Sept. 2025. On Wed. 10 Sept. 2025 around 12:24 at Utah Valley University (UVU) in Utah County Utah, a student in the outdoor crowd of around 3,000 shouted, “There’s somebody on the roof right there (Loose Center Building). He just ran from over there, ran in, now he’s right there.” At that same time the apparent shooter appeared on the roof of the Loosee Center Building, two of Kirk’s bodyguards standing behind him while he was speaking were making hand signals, which video footage showed was to the shooter on the roof. Moments later at approximately 12:24 pm, Kirk was fatally shot while answering a question about mass shootings. Video taken close to the stage showed him slumping in his chair as blood poured from his neck. His security team, including the two bodyguards who appeared to be signaling to the possible shooter, rushed to his side and immediately carried him to an ambulance off campus."

An eyewitness said the shot that took the life of Charlie Kirk was fired right after he was asked about trans violence, as if it were coordinated. He believes it wasn’t just one person acting alone, but several people working together. He also claims that someone in the crowd confessed to the shooting right after it happened, even though they didn’t have a weapon. A clip, filmed from inside a nearby building, captured the panic of the over 3,000 people who had gathered for Kirk’s event. As the single gunshot rang out, the crowd dropped for cover. Above them, the shadowy figure appeared to move quickly across the rooftop of Loosee Center UVU building. Surveillance video shows the suspect jumping off the building and fleeing the area on foot. ATF and other law-enforcement later located an older model imported Mauser .30-06 caliber bolt action rifle wrapped in a towel in a wooded area near the campus. The location of the firearm appears to match the suspect’s route of travel. The spent cartridge was still chambered in addition to three unspent rounds at the top fed magazine. All cartridges have engraved wording on them, expressing transgender and anti-fascist ideology. By Fri. 12 Sept. 2025 authorities confirmed the Charlie Kirk shooter as Michael Mallinson, a registered Democrat in Utah.Although, not all agreed with the quick investigation results. “A local law enforcement officer with inside knowledgesaid that Charlie’s assassination was faked at the highest levels. There were credible threats against him and his family. They got proactive and faked his death. The whole family is going into a Witness Protection Program.
