This whole Dell 'charity' thing is just rock-bottom gross. ("Oh look, an anti-Trumper hating something good!" -- save it.) They go on about how it'll teach kids about compound interest, and how it's going to change people's lives, and all that happy shit -- $1000 at _birth_ for, let's say 18 years at [assuming] ~3.8%: oh wow, you've almost doubled it to... $1956. Not to say $2k isn't a meaningful amount of money to most normal people. But given how HUGE A DEAL they're making about what a big game changer this is for "the next generation", this is fucking absurd. And there's a catch: you have to create an account to claim that money. Any time you like, sign up, no time limit. Attaching "claim an account" strings feels sketchy as fuck. Is that the point? Think that one through: who'd sign up? Maybe I'm overthinking that end of it, but the whole "Trump account" thing just makes my fucking nose bleed. It sure makes Dell and Trump "look" good, though; it gets Dell into Trump's good graces -- and they get to blow smoke up each other's asses, expounding at length about the "great generosity of Americans". After everything they've done. It's just another distraction. PAY YOUR FUCKING TAXES, YOU WEALTHY PARASITES.
