Jerry, but only like those "Luigi Wins" videos where he wins by default. He'll win because he's cowering somewhere, facing none of them directly.
I suspect Dale will tap out first: he always talks a big prepper game, but he usually Gribbles it (depending on the writer). Unless he's gone feral, like when he had Hank and Bobby tied up in the woods... otherwise his most powerful move, his Pocket Sand, would be useless since Garrison and Flanders, both wearing glasses. If he has his exterminator equipment, he might be able to gas them...
I could go either way on Flanders and Garrison. They seem to be on roughly equal power levels, but someone more versed in their generous lore might be able to give the nod to one or the other.
