If you want to book tours cheaply, forget viator or getmyguide. They are really overpriced.
But unfortunately you have to put in the effort. Could be interesting to automate it though..
Steps:
1. Go on google maps
2. Search the city where want your tour from.
3. Search for "tour agency"
4. Filter above 4.5 stars
5. Write to all of them.
Something like this works:
Hi! We are X people. We would be interested in tour Y. Would you have places for the date Z? Thanks in advance!
Then 40-50% writes you back, and you can choose the best priced or best service. For half of the price of getmyguide or even less.
