Somehow we found airport lounges a good trick. They are helpful:
- if you have to sleep overnight on an airport
- spend 5-6 hours between 2 flights
- you would combine these with drinks and food
Why?
- warm food
- cold/warm drinks
- comfortable couches and armchairs
- shower possibility

It worth to check the paid plans, because you might spare some money with it.
We bought lounge passes with it, which where great. We could sleep there at night, and have a bufe breakfast. Also they have beer, maybe coctails, champagne. Unfortunately if you are a European, you do not have too much credit card options with free lounge pass. So this is an option. The Ultra plan is quite expensive, but if you would each month go to a airport lounge with someone else, it almost already worth it.
