After two days of intense debate, courageous resolutions, and the historic adoption of the Berlin Manifesto, we close this General Assembly united in our shared purpose: to strengthen and expand the global struggle against dictatorships in all their forms.
We also entrust this mission to a renewed leadership, electing:
-Felix Maradiaga as President
-Shukria Barakzai as Vice President
-Carine Kanimba as Secretary General
-Andrei Sannikov as Ombudsperson
-Chemi Lhami as Spokesperson ,
as well as the new Leadership Council representing the five regions of our organization.
Together—with the moral clarity of our cause, the bravery of survivors, and the solidarity of democrats everywhere—we leave Berlin not as the end of a convening, but as the beginning of a new, stronger chapter in the fight for freedom.
