These achievements were made possible thanks to your support and by the grace of God. 🙏 1️⃣ Mission – Purchase and Delivery of Food Supplies to “Cité des Anges” Orphanage (Hervié, Cotonou – Benin) 🔸 Total collected for this mission: 281,773 sats 🔸 Previous expense (July 18, 2025): 52,876 sats – used to provide medical care to an 8-year-old girl. 🔸 Remaining balance: 228,897 sats – fully used to purchase the food supplies. List of items delivered: 1 bag of rice (25 kg) Bath & toilet soap Spaghetti & macaroni Cassava flour & maize Oranges Mats & mosquito nets Cooking oil & salt Tomatoes & chili peppers Sugar Toothpaste & toothbrushes Sponges 📦 All items were purchased and delivered directly to the orphanage. You will find attached photos and videos taken during the delivery. 🙏 Once again, thank you for your precious contributions that made this mission possible. 2️⃣ Launch of Our Poultry Farming Activity 🐥 As announced, our long-term vision is to set up a pig farming project to help fund our humanitarian missions in a sustainable way. However, while working towards this goal, we decided to start small with the resources available, rather than wait any longer. Thanks to your contributions, we have officially launched our first income-generating activity: On Thursday, August 7, 2025, we received 110 chicks. They were placed in an enclosure I had built back when I was still employed. Today, they are 5 days old living, eating, drinking, staying warm, and growing because of you. It was on a Sunday, during a walk along the beach in Cotonou. I saw children standing still in frozen poses, acting as living statues. They were doing this to earn a few coins from generous passersby… Just enough to buy a meal or a piece of clothing. That scene deeply moved me. I thought: “No child should have to live like this. No parent would ever choose this for their child.” Then the idea came: 👉 What if we used the power of Bitcoin to help the forgotten? Street children, the homeless, the sick, orphanages, underfunded schools… On January 8, 2025, Hope With Bitcoin was born. And quickly, we began taking action. 🎯 Our mission: 🍽️ Provide meals to the homeless and vulnerable children 🏫 Support orphanages and public schools 🩺 Assist sick individuals in need ⚡ Introduce people to Bitcoin and Nostr as tools of freedom 📣 Raise awareness through educational stickers placed in public spaces ✅ What we already do: - Distribute meals to children living in the streets - Provide food supplies to Bon Arbre orphanage - Help individuals struggling with illness - Pay local vendors in Bitcoin - Educate beneficiaries about Bitcoin in a simple way - Share all proof of our actions on Geyser, Primal, and X 🚧 What we’re working on: We are launching a pig farming project to make our mission self-sustaining and long-term. 📎 Learn more:
