Super Saturday... my little un turned over a tomato bed to cabbages, while I grouted tiles, cleaned kitchen. Then taught her to play the Jose Feliciano song Feliz Navedad and took turns playing each other's favourite tracks. After cooking me a delicious lunch she's off with her friends now and its my time for a cuppa tea and a scroll through Nostr. Every day should be a Saturday like this. It used to be, years ago. Saturday and Sunday my average earning parents did plenty of fun things with us as a family. They had a car, we were fed and clothed, never had fancy stuff but never went without for the important things. Productive, educational, no need for mega money or fancy houses. Now what? Society sold on the idiocy of working 9-5 6-7 days a week for tarnished shiny things, too distracted to see what is missing, too endebted to change when they do. Bitcoin fixes this. Hard working people can get ahead, as prices drop and time regains its worth. Time to consider, think, plan clearly. 100k is a mega milestone. It's potential is being proved in numbers that everyone can understand. 100,000 big ones for something you can't touch but exists because there is proof of the energy expended to launch it into the system. The possible is more possible than ever with hard money at the foundation, especially living simple but rich with the ones you love.
Drinking tea feels so much more satisfying than booze. That's it, from an old drinker who doesn't miss a drop.
Does anyone else think that if nation states mine bitcoin that the slow starter regimes will just go hard after their own citizens' bitcoin? And there must be a lot of OGs who have more bitcoin than many nation states will be able to buy. If bitcoin is this building block of global finance, there must be all sorts of strategies being war gamed in state departments. The plebs have played the NGU game beautifully. Is it set up for others to hijack?
