i watched this video of a guy who ditched his cell phone for a month. entertaining. enlightening. motivating. life moves on. just slower.
i'm thinking of doing a 30 day no mobile phone and no social media (even nostr) challenge. just cut it out completely. see where it goes.
i think richard stallman would be proud.
