In January, I tried out the carnivore diet. It was simple and easy to maintain. I lost roughly 5 kg, felt light and overall good, but lost some strength. Training for a powerlifting meet, this wasn't good. In February, I decided to go back to my old diet. It's relatively clean with the addition of carbs. Started regain some lost strength, but definitely feeling a bit off. Debating on going back to carnivore and trying to just increase food intake to keep up. A lesson that I learned... When training, stick to one diet.
Good morning Decided to scroll through the Damus global side for a bit to see what it’s all about. Surprisingly, a lot of journalism from Asia and more. Truly incredible. After reading a few posts, I feel like I’m not making the most of this platform. It’s s gift. Should make the most of it.
