Found out why my inverter keeps quitting. Turns out my "700w" microwave is actually pulling almost 1200w. That's what the truck inverter is rated at max! Add in cell charging, refrigerators etc, was well exceeding the rated capacity. Didn't have the microwave added to the jackery...
