What about building Substack on top of #Nostr? And like, use zaps for subscriptions? Imagine encrypting posts on relays and then only subscribers can decrypt them with their signatures. I think it's possible cryptographically. Has there been any effort? #asknostr

I think it's fair to say that I just watched the most brilliant YouTube video! Curtis Yarvin and Robin Hanson (with David Friedman there too) discuss two of the sharpest ideas about how a government should be run.

States are driven by incentives like any entity. their primary incentives are CRIME and SURVIVAL. Without a survival threat, they commit crime as deep as they can. Only deep catastrophe triggers economic reforms (seen globally in 20th/21st century market reforms). After all, why grant freedom when things are "passing"? Reforms aren't about liberty, but the political class's recognition of crisis and act of survival. #grownostrΒ #libertariansim
