Decided to try to do a local restuarant's Veggie Bowl at home and you know what? It's just as good! But it takes over two hours to prepare, and requires several baking dishes, pots, a frying pan and utensils to wash. It takes about 20 minutes to get a bowl at the restaurant and they're nice folks.
