Down 16lbs since the start of the year, exactly half way to my target goal! I'm kinda surprised that i dont really look any less fat though, i would have thought 16lbs would be an extremly notable change, but i look exactly the same. Still, I'm really happy with my progress, i feel healthier than ever right now :ablobcatattention:

Less than two weeks until seal cafe shuts down. Gonna miss this silly little place when it's gone. I'm not gonna transfer my followers or anything to another account, I'm probably just gonna disappear from the fedi for awhile and come back when i feel it's right. I'll stick around until the end of the month tho
