activitypub-fediverse people need to learn that there are two types of models of decentralised social networks: a server model (ap) and a relay model (atproto/nostr/farcaster)
both have their specialities and use cases but its simply wrong to apply one model thinking to the other

- people perceive a wave of renewed interest in bsky (including many news articles)
-daily new follow connections have grown by 75% in the last 2 weeks, which would indicate significant renewed interest
-trend is not confirmed with only a single digit % changes in DAU
