Remembered to roast coffee for tomorrow/the rest of the week! Close call. Roasting coffee yourself is great (fresher, you can tailor it to exactly the roast you want, and it's much, much cheaper). But since I am doing this the hard way (cast iron pan over an outdoor camp oven)... not easy, lol. #coffee
