We just released Mastodon 4.3.9 and 4.2.23. They contain a number of important bug fixes, and one security-adjacent fix. We've released the second beta of #Mastodon 4.4 - including some UI fine tuning and new updates, additional integration for Fediverse Auxiliary Service Providers, and more progress on support for incoming quote posts. Please give it a try on your instance, if you can - we appreciate feedback. 🪧 Next up will be a Release Candidate, and then the full release itself 🤞🏻

The first beta release of Mastodon 4.4.0 is ready for testing! Many user-facing improvements: featured content, updates for lists, follower management, new emoji, and refreshed audio and media players. For server owners: new legal features, moderation tweaks, announcements updates, upgraded software stack, and some experimental feature options. Please test it out, and provide feedback 💬
