At Orphans of Uganda Children Center – Bitcoin Giants, we believe that every child deserves access to proper medical care, regardless of their background. Sadly, the reality we face today is difficult — several of our children remain in the hospital, not because they are still critically ill, but because medical bills have yet to be paid.
The medical sector remains one of the most challenging areas for our orphanage. Illness and emergencies can arise unexpectedly, and while we do our best to provide quick help, our limited resources often delay treatment and recovery. Right now, a few of our beloved children are still confined to hospital wards, waiting for payments to be cleared so they can return home to heal in peace.
