Here is the list of artists from the Radio Free Fedi page at it's end in .csv format suitable for import into Mastodon.
- download from the link
- click Preferences gear icon
- click Import and Export
- click Import
- choose Following list
- select Merge *** important
- click Browse to select the .csv file
- click Upload
