It seems it’s a big night for the Enlightenment. Beshear wins. Yes wins in Ohio, and now VA is looking promising. Dare we hope Mississippi will join in the fun?

Very early returns in Ohio are crushing it for the Yes vote.

I just saw the bill for my routine, relatively small hernia operation in September. Take a guess how much they billed insurance for it.

And there’s the useless John Kasich pretending there are extremes “on both sides” of the Abortion issue, and once again brings up “late term abortions” as an example. Note: that is not, and never was a thing. But that equally useless tool, Jose Diaz-Balart just lets it go right on by. Because @npub18d86...hg86 has always faked left, while it runs right.

The reason that Israel cannot be restrained from this dubious and deadly retaliation, is largely the same reason our own government no longer functions: the ascendant right around the world has gained immense power and influence in almost everything. They are deliberately erasing two centuries of human progress. Until we realize that they are the real enemy, everything else is just tragic distraction that keeps our eye off that ball.

If you’d said, even as recently as 2001, that in less than 25 years, a substantial segment of modern society would use hand held computers to spew largely random and often acrimonious comments at each other, at any hour of the day or night, no one would have taken you seriously. But here we are.
