Went to SEMAFest last night and this is always one of my favorite things to check out. The container starts as a blank canvas and then ole dude goes ham with the spray paint. The smoke wafting through from the drifting going on behind there adds a cool touch. Queens of the Stone Age were fantastic. Definitely recommend checking them out live if you have the chance. Black Crowes were, uh, past their prime.

I have a feeling the NYC thing is going to be a massive nothing burger. Ole boy has already walked back several of his promises after he got his early votes. Also predict he will have his wings clipped by the Democratic establishment and NYC power players. He'll get some token programs to appease the vocal minority and it will be business as usual because they can't risk the capital flight. Moreover, all of the Republicans saying they'll leave. Yeah, this will be just just like the Democrats that promised they were leaving the country and then went right back to their $15 Starbucks and Target runs. Everyone is full of shit these days. That said, I kind of want to see the socialist experiment happen. I want to see how bad it can get or if NYC can somehow buck the trend of it failing like every other time it has been tried. Plus, I just like saying the word Comrade and the memes will be fantastic.
