If you're making a multi-stage journey on public transport (as I will be shortly) and there's an overlap of stops between the two stages, which stop do you change at?

What's the recommend open source GUI for working with APIs now? I used to use Insomnia but they went over to 'you must have a cloud account, even for local data', which gives me zero confidence that my data stays on my machine. Ideally something that's packaged as a Snap and updated regularly.
